Cancellations and Refunds:

No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours that Luminous Earth does not affirmatively agree to reschedule are non-refundable.

Luminous Earth Refund/Return Policy

Welcome to Luminous Earth! We’re committed to ensuring your experience with our vibrational essences is meaningful. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns for Webshop purchases:
Damaged in Shipping: If an essence arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us at shop@luminousearth.love within 14 days of delivery to request a refund. We will review your request and any information or photographs you submit along with it. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are eligible, we will provide a refund or replacement.
No Other Refunds or Exchanges: Other than in the circumstances described above, Luminous Earth will not provide refunds or exchanges, including due to the nature of or satisfaction with our product.
